Christmas was so much fun this year- it is amazing to think of the differences between Ewan now and Christmas 2007- he was still just a little peanut last year! The look on Ewan's face when he first saw the tree with his presents was priceless and he thoroughly enjoyed opening gifts! Denny graciously fulfilled the "long-awaited" role of unpacking toys from their boxes- a job that certainly requires patience and ingenuity. We had a yummy breakfast with Grampy, more presents with Grampy and story time with Grampy and all Ewan's new books!!! Then, mom-mom, pop-pop Aunt Claire and Uncle Wesley visited with even more gifts and lots of fun play time! Ewan was exhausted at this point, so a quick lunch followed by a nice nap was just what he needed!!! Then, we went over to mom-mom and pop-pop's house to visit some more and Ewan received another set of gifts from Aunt Mel, Uncle Ernie and cousins Rhian and Faryn!!!! I am afraid that the little man now expects gifts whenever he has a visitor!!!!!!!! It was such a lovely morning and so enjoyable with a fun little toddler running around brimming with excitement!!!!
